Completely renovated in 2024, our house offers you a bright and welcoming living space. Upon arrival, you will be charmed by its two elegantly decorated bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable 160x200 bed, ensuring peaceful and restful nights.
One of the bedrooms has its own private bathroom for added privacy. If you are six travelers, a comfortable sofa bed (Poltronesofà) is also available in the living room, along with an independent bathroom with WC.
The hotel-quality beds ((HanseTextil) guarantee optimal rest after a busy day enjoying the sun and the sea. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals with fresh local produce, to be enjoyed with family or friends in the comfort of your private garden. A private parking space is available in the secure residence. Admittedly, our house benefits from an ideal location right in front of the sea, but we want to be transparent: the proximity to the beach also means the noise of the road running along the beaches of Sainte-Maxime.
However, this point is more than compensated by the quick access to the beach and the breathtaking view from the balcony, making our house the perfect choice for unforgettable holidays on the Côte d'Azur. 23 / 06 / 2024Très bon séjour dans ce logement qui est neuf, les hôtes ont été réactif car j’ai réservé en dernière minute. La vue depuis le balcon est incroyable… et la proximité des plages et restaurants de plage est un vrai plus. Merci beaucoup !

23 / 08 / 2024We hebben een heerlijke week hier gehad. Het huis was net opgeknapt dus alles was fris en nieuw. Heerlijke bedden en goed uitgeruste keuken. De weg is vrij druk maar de isolatie in het huis is goed waardoor je er ‘s nachts geen last van hebt. Grote voordeel was dat je alleen de weg over hoeft te steken om in de zee te duiken! Leuk strand met heel veel goede beachclubs en water activiteiten.
